What should I do in case of an emergency when the office is closed?+
In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent matters that can wait until the next business day, please call our office at (602) 955-5700 and leave a message with our answering service or email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I refill my prescription?+
Please call our office during regular business hours or contact your pharmacy and they will send us a direct request for a refill.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please call us at least 24 hours in advance unless an emergency occurs.
